Reservation and Booking
Our Spa Concierge will work with you to design a spa experience that caters to your specific needs and preferences. Whether you're seeking deep relaxation, therapeutic treatments, or rejuvenating beauty services, we have the perfect options for you.

To ensure your safety and comfort, please inform our Spa Concierge if you have any medical conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities, or if you are pregnant. We will tailor your treatments to accommodate your health needs.

We understand the importance of feeling comfortable during your treatments. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please let us know when scheduling your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

To guarantee your preferred time and service, we highly recommend making advance reservations. Our spa services are in high demand, and booking ahead ensures you won't miss out on the ultimate relaxation experience.
Arrival and Cancellation

Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to enjoy a smooth check-in process and begin your relaxation journey.

Arriving late will reduce your treatment time, and the full value of your treatment will still be charged.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full-service fee.

Rescheduling within the 24-hour window incurs a $50 move fee.

Cancellations for packages or small private parties require 72-hour notice. Group cancellations require a 2-week notice.
Spa Etiquette and Attire

Guests under 18 may receive spa treatments with a parent or legal guardian present and with a signed consent form.

Minors aged 13-16 must have a parent or guardian present in the treatment room.

Men are encouraged to shave before facial treatments, allowing at least two hours between shaving and the appointment.

Shaving is not recommended before body treatments.

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. Our therapists ensure that your body is fully draped, except for the area being treated.

To maintain a peaceful environment, please turn off mobile phones while inside the spa and salon.

As a resort guest, please secure your valuables in your guest room safe. Soleil Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Payment and Gratuities

We accept all major credit cards for your convenience.

A 20% service charge will be added for each spa service. Additional gratuities are at your discretion and always appreciated.
